Sheela Chandran is an accomplished mindset change specialist, business coach and Corporate Leadership trainer and has been in the Corporate Arena for the past 35 years with expertise in the areas of Customer Service, Business Practices and Human Resources. Working with General Electric International Inc. for over 20 years, Sheela has held many roles within the organization. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she was instrumental in the development and implementation of strategic HR projects within this multi-national corporation.
Sheela has a broad field of training expertise spanning many areas including the Six Sigma/LEAN Processes, Leadership Development and Positive Mindset Change. Her reputation as a Master NLP Practitioner along with several accolades over the years only serve to make her trainings stronger. On top of that, she is a certified Behavioural & Career Consultant coupled together with her expertise in DiSC and MBTI. Sheela’s belief that a person should be ever-evolving and ever learning is not simply a belief but a practice, as seen recently when she became certified as a clinical Hypnotherapist, a qualification recognised by HRDF.
